Leslie B. Prager, M.A., C.M.P., is a certified career management practitioner, career counselor and executive coach. She is the senior partner of The Prager-Bernstein Group, a New York City-based career counseling, coaching and outplacement firm which was founded in 1991. Ms. Prager’s firm provides a range of services to individuals, groups and corporations. These services are available for those at all stages of the career lifecycle, from high school and college students seeking vocational testing and career planning guidance, to pre-retirees seeking direction and guidance. These services include vocational testing, career assessment and evaluation, career transition counseling, job search training, resume development, interview coaching, career management, executive coaching, life coaching and pre-retirement counseling. She has over fifteen years of prior experience in the corporate world, which includes over ten years in human resource management and development, in the retail, banking and insurance industries. Her corporate career culminated in her becoming the Human Resources Director and Vice President at a New York City insurance company.
