Overview:

As Content Operations Manager you will play a crucial part in enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices across our digital platforms. This role will work closely with the Content Strategist and Communications team to drive brand awareness and scale design, architecture, and engineering content to engage target audiences effectively.

From maintaining and updating our website content to actively managing our social media channels and optimizing server performance, you'll oversee day-to-day digital operations with accuracy and consistency.

Your expertise in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms will be pivotal in boosting operational effectiveness and tracking critical metrics to measure success. Through tools like LinkedIn Ads and Employee Advocacy through Sprout, you will champion efforts to expand our reach and engagement.

Beyond managing existing platforms, you'll stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, continually innovating our content distribution and promotion strategies. As the organization's social media authority, you'll drive best practices, manage training, and curate content for our website, maximizing search engine visibility and monitoring analytics for continuous improvement.

In this role you will:
    oversee daily digital content operations, ensuring that production, publication, and distribution is efficient and consistent across all external channels;
  • create, update, and communicate policies and procedures for content operations to stakeholders throughout the firm;
  • serve as organization's primary resource on content guidelines and social media tools, training, and digital best practices;
  • update and maintain the front-end and back-end of HGA.com, confirming relevance and accuracy, verifying that all content is properly tagged and organized, and that server performance is optimized;
  • manage content distribution and promotion, supporting opportunities to increase reach and visibility, especially through tools like LinkedIn Ads and Sprout Social;
  • leverage content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • establish baselines, track, and report on critical digital performance and operational metrics to measure success;
  • direct and manage processes for social, web, and yet-to-be discovered platforms, in collaboration with our Marketing and Marketing Technology groups;
  • stay on top of new technologies, best practices, and trends to identify, test, and evaluate new tools and ideas;
  • manage search engine optimization and monitor analytics for rankings and traffic; and
  • proactively troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
You will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital content operations or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Expertise in the following tools or equivalent is required: Sprout Social, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have, but not required)

  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is desired but not a requirement.
  • UX/UI design expertise a plus.
  • Previous experience in managing a website audit, redesign, or rebuild strongly preferred.
Salary Information:

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $73,200- $119,200
