Job Description:
- Participate in annual ERP system roadmaps, perform formal and informal reviews of existing systems and ensure changes/updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner
- The role will primarily focus on the projects, Major enhancements in Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, Asset Management, GL, Bank Transactions etc.
- Coordinating and liaison with the other cross functional Workstreams (SCM, QTC, HR, Procurement ), to drive core systems through improvement and sustainable changes
- Liaise with the SMEs to develop training plans for each of the key Applications to enhance the knowledge base across the Finance Domain
- Identify System enhancements, including reports, setting system targets, preparing estimates and understanding actuals through critical analytics
- Analyze, design and implement SAP ECC and S4 Hana system improvements through interaction with internal users and customers to understand and document system requirements to produce business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Identify and support end users on system access and transactional issues
- Support internal Teams during internal and external audits
- Support business and IT teams on Month end, Quarter end and Year end activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in financial analyst roles.
- Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience & understand all Finance business process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
Other:
- SAP certification in Finance, HANA4 , CPA
