Pay Range
$87,450 - $108,564 Annually

Global Security's Nonproliferation and Arms Control (NPAC) program has an opening for a Software Team Administrator for ongoing programmatic projects. The administrator will be primarily responsible for the administrative duties of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) Information Sharing System (NISS), the document repository and online meeting place for all (48) participating government representatives to the NSG. The Software Team Administrator will also perform similar duties for two other database systems managed by NPAC (e810 and SNAPP).
The Software Team Administrator will act as the interface between Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)-operated NISS, the NSG sponsors from Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of State (DOS), and the NSG Point-of-Contact (POC) in Vienna. The candidate will provide NISS technical support to the high-level delegates from the NSG government agencies, as well as maintain a dialogue with the various NSG chairpersons to coordinate improvements. The administrator will also act as a liaison between NPAC's Licensing Analyst Team and the NPAC Software Team for SNAPP- and e810-related matters.
This position will require international and domestic travel, up to 3 trips a year.

This position requires an active Department of Energy (DOE) Q-level clearance or active Top Secret clearance issued by another U.S. government agency at time of hire.
