Overview

CORT is seeking a full time Outlet Center Manager. CORT Furniture Outlet sells our new and previously leased furnishings at an unbeatable value, offering our customers the opportunity to pay a lot less for the styles and quality they want.

This job is a great fit for innovative, experienced sales managers who enjoy helping others and creating an extraordinary customer experience. The Outlet Manager manages the operations of one or more retail stores and is engaged in the growth of retail revenue through selling previously rented or new furniture.

Pay: $50k-$55K plus monthly commission for total compensation of $75K-$85K

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday. The hours for this location are 10:am- 7:pm Tuesday- Friday and 10:am- 5:pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales team to meet and/or exceed budgeted revenue
  • Analyze market trends
  • Create innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop customer relationships with outstanding customer service
  • Maintain post-sale relationships with customer to ensure satisfaction with our product and to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Merchandise sales floor, plan advertising, organize sales events/promotions, track customer advertising response
  • Works with Operations and Rental inventory strategies to meet District goals

Qualifications

  • A 4 Year College degree or 3+ years related work experience without a degree
  • Previous Retail Sales and Management experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, reasoning skills, and computer proficiency skills
  • Ability to build relationships with external and internal customers
